These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Pine & Shine Co. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Pine & Shine Co. provides residential, Airbnb, vacation rental, and property management cleaning services in Maine. Services are performed as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided by the client.
• Final pricing may change if the condition, size, or scope of work differs from what was described.
• Additional services or excessive conditions may result in additional charges, which will be communicated when possible.

Access & Safety

• Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property.
• We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable expectations, or pose health risks.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Supplies & Equipment

Unless otherwise agreed, Pine & Shine Co. provides standard cleaning supplies and equipment.

Liability

• We are fully insured.
• Pine & Shine Co. is not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or items not properly secured.
• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at booking or invoicing. Late payments may result in delayed or suspended service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
