No — you do not need to be home. Many of our clients provide access details in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’re fully insured and treat every property with care and respect.
Are supplies included?
Yes. We bring our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use specific products, those items can be provided by you and will remain in your home.
Are you insured?
Yes. Pine & Shine Co. is fully licensed and insured in Maine for your peace of mind.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Lewiston and serve Lewiston, Waterville, Augusta, and surrounding vacation rental communities across Maine. Travel outside these areas may be available upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
